longevity.sinzi is a personal health automation tool built and operated solely by Christian Sinzinger for personal use. It connects to WHOOP via the official WHOOP Developer API to retrieve biometric data (recovery scores, HRV, sleep, and strain) and uses that data to generate a personalized daily health brief.
This application is not a commercial product and is not available to the general public. There is exactly one user: the developer.
With your explicit authorization via the WHOOP OAuth flow, this application accesses the following data from your WHOOP account:

Your data is never used for advertising, analytics, research, or any commercial purpose.
Biometric data retrieved from WHOOP is stored on a private VPS server (sinzi.cloud) located in the EU, accessible only to the developer. Data is not shared with any third party, is not sold, and is not used outside the personal health system described above.
Your data is not shared with anyone. This is a single-user personal application. No third parties receive, process, or have access to your WHOOP data.
Health data is retained indefinitely on the private server for personal trend tracking. You can request deletion of all stored data at any time by contacting the developer directly.
You may revoke this application's access to your WHOOP data at any time through your WHOOP account settings under Connected Apps. Upon revocation, no further data will be retrieved.
Access to the server is protected by HTTPS (TLS), API key authentication, and restricted to the developer only. OAuth credentials are stored securely and never exposed publicly.
